Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Returns or refunds are only accepted if the product received is damaged or if the wrong item was sent.
仅在以下情况下接受退换或退款申请:商品在收到时已损坏或我们发错商品。

Request Timeline

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date you receive the item, based on courier tracking records.
所有退换或退款申请须在收到商品起 3 天内提出,并以物流记录为准。

Evidence Required

Customers must provide clear photos and a complete unboxing video showing the issue for verification purposes.
顾客须提供清晰的照片及完整的开箱视频作为审核凭证。

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defects. Slight color differences caused by lighting or screen display are not considered defects. Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after receipt are also not eligible.
以下情况恕不接受退换或退款:个人喜好改变、非商品瑕疵的不满意、因拍摄光线或屏幕显示导致的轻微色差,以及商品已被使用、佩戴或人为损坏。

Return Method

If a return is approved, customers are required to send the product back to our designated address. Return shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless the error is caused by us.
若退货申请获批准,顾客需将商品寄回指定地址。若非我方失误,退货运费由顾客自行承担。

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days using the original payment method.
经批准的退款将于 7 个工作日内通过原付款方式退回。
