This pendant is exquisitely carved from natural Type-A jadeite in ice-sugar yellow with green tones, with a detailed double-sided carving that highlights the majestic figure of the dragon.
While most dragon claws are commonly depicted with three claws, the four-clawed dragon is extremely rare. According to tradition: three claws represent a flood dragon (jiao), four claws a python (mang), and five claws the true dragon (long). Thus, the “Four-Clawed Dragon Emperor” symbolizes power, protection, and rising fortune.
