▪️手镯尺寸三个测量方法
Three Methods to Measure Your Bangle Size

🔶1.周长测量法 Circumference Method
四指并拢捏紧，用软尺/细线绕最粗处测周长，加2-3mm即适合内
Bring your four fingers tightly together and measure the widest part of your hand using a soft measuring tape or a string.
Add 2–3 mm to the measured length to find your suitable inner diameter.

🔶2.宽度测量法 Width Method
直尺测量手掌最宽处（不含拇指），对照尺寸表选内径
Use a ruler to measure the widest part of your hand (excluding the thumb). Then refer to a bangle size chart to find the
matching inner diameter.

🔶3.纸条测量法 Paper Strip Method
纸条绕手腕做标记，拉直测量长度（别勒太紧）
Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist and mark the overlap point. Lay the paper flat and measure the length. (Avoid wrapping too tightly for
an accurate result

🔸 手骨硬 Stiff knuckles or larger hand bones：
选大1-2mm，佩戴更轻松
Choose a bangle 1–2 mm larger than your measured size for easier wearing.

🔸 手骨软 Flexible or softer hands：
选小1mm，更贴合手型
You may select 1 mm smaller for a snug and more fitted look.
